Evergreen Community College Amphitheater, San Jose, CA.
Landarc Associates provided landscape design and consulting services to a major $2.25 million campus park/amphitheater and lake renovation project at the Evergreen Valley College campus located in San Jose, CA. This contract included full planning, design and construction administration services for the project that was successfully completed in 2009. In addition to the Lake Renovation project Landarc Associates also provided landscape consulting services for exterior site improvements, a new parking lot and the mapping of campus irrigation projects at Evergreen Valley College.

Nine Parks for Livermore Area Recreation and Park District, Livermore, CA.
Landarc Associates teamed with Bruce Jett Associates to design a series of nine parks for the LARPD, including:

Marlin A. Pound Park
May Nissan Park
Ravenswood Park
Vista Meadows Park
Wattenburger Park
Warm Springs Park
Livermore Park Plaza
All parks were upgraded with many new items, including all new ADA approved play equipment, new site furniture, grading, open space, improved circulation patterns, planting, and park signage. The team prepared design alternatives and executed complete bid documents. Project completed in 2006.
Landarc was a consultant to Bruce Jett and was part of the design team.
Yosemite Lodge Reconstruction,
Yosemite National Park, CA.
Scott Fornaciari was hired by Sasaki Associates in 1998 to manage design development and construction documents for a 65 acre site on an existing lodging site within the Yosemite Valley. Work included proposed sewer, gas, electrical, phone, and water lines to serve the new architecture. The design provided sensitivity and protection to existing vegetation and historical and cultural elements while providing the NPS with a design that met program needs. Construction Budget: $25,000,000.
