Evergreen Community College Amphitheater, San Jose, CA.
Landarc Associates provided landscape design and consulting services to a major $2.25 million campus park/amphitheater and lake renovation project at the Evergreen Valley College campus located in San Jose, CA. This contract included full planning, design and construction administration services for the project that was successfully completed in 2009. In addition to the Lake Renovation project Landarc Associates also provided landscape consulting services for exterior site improvements, a new parking lot and the mapping of campus irrigation projects at Evergreen Valley College.

6. Dugouts associated with the ball fields

Landarc assisted the design team, designing a water efficient irrigation system and met California model efficient landscape ordinance (MWELO). The landscape meets US Green Building Councel LEED Silver rating.

UC Riverside Dundee Residence Hall and Glasgow Dining Commons, Riverside, CA.
Landarc assisted the design team, designing a water efficient irrigation system and met California model efficient landscape ordinance (MWELO). The landscape meets US Green Building Councel LEED Silver rating.

UC Santa Cruz Family/Student Housing Project, Santa Cruz, CA.
UC Santa Cruz Student Housing West project which is in currently in progress, includes the 13-acre Heller site. The project is to be constructed in phases with the first portion of the project available for occupancy by spring 2020 and the remainder of the project completed by fall 2023.
The vast majority of the site would be planted with climate adaptive landscaping, which will comprise low growing native plants, climate adaptive ornamental shrubs, and ground covers. The irrigations system uses recyled water processed from the project onsite facility.
