University of California Davis Cancer Center Rooftop Garden — Three Options

Landarc Associates was asked to prepare three roof top garden options for the existing Cancer Center facility. The garden that was present since the 1990’s had drainage problems and was needing replacement. The surfaces of the roof top posed design challenges because of large concrete radiation buffers. The three options presented gave the client options to price and choose from to decide which best fit their needs.
